There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.  That said, in my experience as a real estate professional serving the Greater Boston Area, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

What sets me apart from other agents is that working primarily by referral enables me to focus on working for my clients, not working to find my next client. This let's me stay focussed and offer the highest level of service possible.  As my past clients will also attest, I am here for them not only before and during a transaction but more importantly afterwards.  My job is not just to help people sell and buy property but to be a real estate resource for them, their friends and family.

I understand that I work for you, my client.  Although you might think that it's as straight forward as buying or selling a house, sometimes that is not the case.  Many times it is best to get other professionals involved such as your accountant, financial planner or estate planning attorney to make sure that you are making the best decisions and choices.  Should this be the case, I am sure to advise you of such.  It is my job to make sure that you make informed decisions throughout the process.

About Me

I have been a realtor for several years and helped people buy and sell homes, condominiums and investment properties through out the Greater Boston Area.  As a Realtor, Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS), Accreditted Buyer's Agent (ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Certified New Homes Specialist I look to bring all of my skills to the table for my clients.

 

Because I work primarily by referral, I do quite a bit of business in Boston proper including the Back Bay and Beacon Hill as well as many of the surrounding communities in Greater Boston including Arlington, Belmont, Brookline, Concord, Dedham, Framingham, Lexington, Lincoln, Newton, Natick, Wellesley, Weston, Westwood and Winchester.  There are a number of other towns that I work as well but if you need assistance in buying or selling real estate in a town I don't cover please don't hesitate to call or email me because I will put you in touch with a "Top Notch" agent who can.
